Yes. The Free plan includes 25 prescription uploads per month with full AI validation, NPI verification, and dashboard access. No credit card required to sign up.
All paid plans (Starter, Growth, Business) come with a 14-day free trial. You get full access to every feature on that plan. If you cancel before 14 days, you are never charged.
Each prescription file submitted by a customer counts as one upload. Re-submissions for the same order (e.g., if the first upload was rejected) also count as separate uploads.
You will receive an email warning at 80% and 100% of your limit. Once you hit the limit, new uploads are queued until the next billing cycle or you upgrade your plan. No surprise charges.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Yes. Annual billing is available on all paid plans with a 20% discount. Contact us or switch to annual billing from your dashboard settings.
