RxCompliant was born from firsthand experience in the ecommerce industry. Working with DME (Durable Medical Equipment) retailers, we saw the same problem over and over: merchants selling CPAP machines, nebulizers, and other prescription-required devices had no good way to collect and verify prescriptions online.
Most were using email attachments, fax machines, or clunky custom forms bolted onto their checkout. Prescriptions got lost, verification was manual, and compliance was a constant worry. One missed prescription could mean an FDA warning letter or worse.
We built RxCompliant to solve this with modern technology. Our AI-powered platform validates prescriptions instantly, checks prescriber credentials against the federal NPI registry, and gives merchants a clear dashboard to manage everything. What used to take a back-office team days now happens in seconds.
